Chief Investment Officer & Platform Leadership

We're looking for a senior investment leader to join a high-growth investment platform, partnering directly with the founder to drive investment strategy, capital allocation, platform expansion, and strategic transactions across multiple sectors. This is a builder-oriented leadership role combining investing, operating, and institutional platform development.

Our Ideal Profile:

15 -18 years of experience across growth equity, private equity, investment banking, hospitality investing, or entrepreneurial finance.Proven track record of building or scaling a fund, investment platform, operating business, or strategic vertical.Strong investment execution background with experience across underwriting, structuring, governance, and portfolio management.Experience across hospitality, infrastructure, transportation, real assets.Strong Asia exposure and regional network, particularly across Southeast Asia and South AsiaFounder mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguity, build institutional processes, and drive long-term value creation.Flexible on location across Asia; candidates open to regular engagement and travel within the region are preferred. .
