Assistant Director

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Director to support senior management in overseeing departmental operations, projects, and strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will assist with planning, budgeting, reporting, process improvement, and performance monitoring while maintaining effective relationships with clients, employees, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Director in planning and implementing departmental strategies and initiatives.
Monitor progress toward organizational objectives and performance targets.
Coordinate assigned projects and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Supervise and monitor activities assigned to staff members.
Support the development and management of budgets, timelines, and performance metrics.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, employees, management, and the community.
Prepare reports, organize documentation, record meeting notes, and manage administrative communications.
Present departmental updates and performance information to management, clients, and stakeholders.
Coordinate and participate in company and community events.
Assist with employee recruitment, training, and development.
Review and update departmental processes and procedures to improve efficiency.
Ensure compliance with applicable business regulations and organizational standards.
